Every booking at Robertswood House requires a £150 deposit. We accept this as a damage waiver. It will be returned in full after checkout and we are satisfied there is no damage or loss to the property.
Your booking includes exclusive use of the whole of Robertswood main house. This will include the spa garden at the side of the property if this has additionally been booked. The property will be available on the requested dates unless there is an unavoidable or unpredictable problem that we can’t resolve satisfactorily to enable you to enjoy the property as advertised. We cannot accept liability, pay any compensation or expenditures if our contract with you is prevented by unavoidable or unpredictable circumstances, even if with all due care, these circumstances could have been foreseen or avoided. At this point if we have to cancel your booking we will refund all monies you have paid in full.
Robertswood without prior warning, have the right to change or withdraw amenities that have been advertised or that were previously offered.
