As you step through the front door, you’re greeted by a welcoming entrance hall, perfect for leaving your boots and coats. A second door opens to reveal a spacious hallway. Here charming rooms flank either side leading to the staircase – all embodying the elegance of classic Victorian architecture.
Lounge & Bar
Experience the charm of our spacious sitting room, complete with gas fire nestled in a beautifully crafted Victorian-style stone fireplace. This inviting space features an expansive bay window that reveals picturesque views of the front garden and the breath taking Snitterton hills in the distance. Perfect for relaxation, the lounge boasts two cosy sofas, additional comfortable seating, and entertainment options including a television with “freesat” and DVD player.
The open plan design seamlessly connects to a delightful bar and provides easy access to the spa garden. I’ts an ideal retreat for holidaymakers seeking comfort and enjoyment.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is wonderfully spacious and fully stocked with every utensil you might need! You’ll find a fantastic double electric range cooker with 5 ceramic rings and two ovens. We also have a handy smaller electric oven for those quick meals. There’s also a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine to help keep things hassle-free. The large larder fridge is perfect for storing all your ingredients and with our great selection of utensils, pots, pans and plates cooking will be a breeze. The centre island with stools is just right for breakfast as well as casual dining. This is a favourite spot for many of our guests celebrating special occasions.

Whether you’re planning a festive meal for special celebrations or a cosy roast for everyone, this is the right spot!
Snugs
There are cosy little sitting areas on each of the two landings. They’re just the right spots to get comfy with a good book, catch up with a friend, or set out your plans for adventures in the peak district. Up on the first floor, you’ll find a super cosy sofa paired with a coffee table. On the top floor, there’s an even snugger armchair tucked in the dormer! There are a couple of other snuggy spots about the house perfect for some peaceful reading time!
Outside Area
The lovely garden at the front features a cozy summer house, a professional BBQ area, and plenty of comfy seating. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with an evening drink or enjoy some delightful al fresco meals with friends and family.
Don’t forget about the charming spa garden tucked away just for you! It boasts a hot tub, sauna, refreshing cold plunge shower, and a changing area with a toilet. Plus, you can add this little slice of relaxation to your booking as an optional extra!
Parking
You’ll find private, parking right in front of Robertswood House. on the lower hardstanding. There’s space for up to ten cars, so feel free to take advantage of it if you need to!
